CommandParameterInfo Members

Provides information about a parameter for a particular parameter set.

The following tables list the members exposed by the CommandParameterInfo type.

  Name Description
public property Aliases Gets the aliases specified for the parameter.
public property Attributes Gets the attributes that are specified for the parameter, such as alias and validation attributes.
public property HelpMessage Gets the Help message associated with the parameter.
public property IsDynamic Gets a Boolean value that indicates whether the parameter is a dynamic parameter that is added at runtime.
public property IsMandatory Gets a Boolean value that indicates whether the parameter is required.
public property Name Gets the name of the parameter.
public property ParameterType Gets the .NET Framework type of the parameter.
public property Position Gets the position of the parameter.
public property ValueFromPipeline Gets a Boolean value that indicates whether the parameter is filled from the pipeline object.
public property ValueFromPipelineByPropertyName Gets a Boolean value that indicates whether the parameter is filled from a property of the piped-in object that has either the same name or the same alias as this parameter.
public property ValueFromRemainingArguments Gets a Boolean value that indicates whether the parameter accepts all remaining arguments that are passed to the command.
