IEventObjectChange interface

Notifies subscribers of changes to the event store.

When to implement

This interface fires events that reflect changes to the COM+ Events event store. Implement IEventObjectChange on objects that need to be informed of changes to the subscriptions and event classes in the event store. For example, a graphical user interface (GUI) that displays information about objects in the event store would need to be updated when there is a change in the data it displays.

In addition to implementing this interface, the client must be a registered subscriber for these events. To obtain the CLSID of an event class object that fires these events, the subscription object can get the value of the IEventSystem::EventObjectChangeEventClassID property.

When to use

You do not call the methods of IEventObjectChange. COM+ Events calls these methods to fire an event when there is a change to the event store.
