System.Management.Automation.Internal Namespace

The System.Management.Automation.Internal namespace contains the base classes that define members of classes found in other Windows PowerShell namespaces. For example, the CmdletMetadataAttribute class defines members for the System.Management.Automation.CmdletAttribute class.

AlternateDataStreamUtilitiesProvides access to alternate data streams on a file. Introduced in Windows PowerShell 3.0.
AutomationNullIndicates a void return result.
CmdletMetadataAttributeServes as the base class for all cmdlet attribute classes provided by Windows PowerShell.
CommonParametersDefines the parameters that are available to all cmdlets and to those functions that support the CmdletBinding attribute.
DebuggerUtilsTBD. Introduced in Windows PowerShell 4.0.
InternalCommandServes as the base class for the Cmdlet class.
ParsingBaseAttributeServes as the base class for Windows PowerShell attribute classes that parse data, such as the ParameterAttribute class.
ShouldProcessParametersDefines the parameters used by cmdlets and functions that request confirmation before taking some action. These parameters are sometimes referred to as Risk parameters. This class cannot be inherited.
TransactionParametersDefines the parameter used by cmdlets that support transactions. This class is introduced in Windows PowerShell 2.0.

IAstToWorkflowConverterConverts an abstract syntax tree into workflow information. Introduced in Windows PowerShell 3.0.
