XMVector4LessOrEqual method
Tests whether one 4D vector is less-than-or-equal-to another 4D vector.
Syntax
bool XMVector4LessOrEqual( [in] XMVECTOR V1, [in] XMVECTOR V2 );
Parameters

4D vector.
Return value
Returns true if V1 is less-than-or-equal-to V2, and false otherwise. See the remarks section.
Remarks
The following pseudocode demonstrates the operation of the function:
return ( V1.x <= V2.x && V1.y <= V2.y &&
V1.z <= V2.z && V1.w <= V2.w );
