IWICImagingFactory::CreatePalette method

Creates a new instance of the IWICPalette class.

Type: IWICPalette**

A pointer that receives a pointer to a new IWICPalette.

Type: HRESULT

If this method succeeds, it returns S_OK. Otherwise, it returns an HRESULT error code.
