TestConnectionCommand.Quiet Property
Gets and sets the value of the Quiet parameter of the Test-Connection cmdlet. This property is introduced in Windows PowerShell 2.0.

Property Value
When the parameter is specified, the cmdlet suppresses all errors and returns $True
if any pings succeeds and $False
if all pings fail.
