IOpcSignatureReference::GetDigestMethod method
Gets the digest method to use on the referenced XML element, when the element is signed.
Syntax
HRESULT GetDigestMethod( [out, retval] LPCWSTR *digestMethod );
Parameters
- digestMethod [out, retval]

The digest method to use on the referenced XML element.
Return value
The method returns an HRESULT. Possible values include, but are not limited to, those in the following table.

The digestMethod parameter is NULL. |
Remarks
This method allocates memory used by the string returned in digestMethod. If the method succeeds, call the CoTaskMemFree function to free the memory.
Thread Safety
Packaging objects are not thread-safe.
