InitialSessionState.Create Method (String)

Creates an InitialSessionState object that includes the name of the snap-in or the name of a snap-in collection. This method is introduced in Windows PowerShell 2.0.

Parameters

snapInName

The name of the snap-in or the name of a snap-in collection.

Return Value

Returns an InitialSessionState object that includes the name of the snap-in to load.

Any public static (Shared in Visual Basic) members of this type are thread safe. Any instance members are not guaranteed to be thread safe.
