Offline Signing Code Example
[The AD RMS SDK leveraging functionality exposed by the client in Msdrm.dll is available for use in Windows Server 2008, Windows Vista, Windows Server 2008 R2, Windows 7, Windows Server 2012, and Windows 8. The example discussed in the following topics requires that you enter the email address of the user for whom the issuance license is being signed and the path of the application manifest. The issuance license is signed by using the client licensor certificate from the certificate store. No service discovery is necessary (unless the client licensor certificate has not been downloaded yet).
