IPropertyValueStatics::CreateChar16Array method

Creates a new IPropertyValue object that contains the specified array of Unicode characters.

Syntax


HRESULT CreateChar16Array(
  [in]                       UINT32       __valueSize,
  [in, size_is(__valueSize)] WCHAR        *value,
  [out, retval]              IInspectable **propertyValue
);

Parameters

__valueSize [in]

Type: UINT32

The number of Unicode characters in the array.

value [in]

Type: WCHAR*

The array of Unicode characters to store.

propertyValue [out, retval]

Type: IInspectable**

A pointer to a new object that contains value. Use the IUnknown::QueryInterface method to get the IPropertyValue interface for the object.

Return value

Type: HRESULT

If this method succeeds, it returns S_OK. Otherwise, it returns an HRESULT error code.
