IEnroll4::EnableSMIMECapabilities property

[This property is no longer available for use as of Windows Server 2008 and Windows Vista.]

The EnableSMIMECapabilities property controls whether the PKCS #10 will contain a signed attribute for Secure/Multipurpose Internet Mail Extensions (S/MIME) capabilities.

The default value for this property is FALSE. This property was first defined in the IEnroll2 interface.

This property is read/write.

Syntax

HRESULT get_EnableSMIMECapabilities(
  [out] BOOL *pfEnableSMIMECapabilities
);

Property value

BOOL value assigned to the EnableSMIMECapabilities property. The default value is FALSE.

Error codes

If the property access methods put_EnableSMIMECapabilities and get_EnableSMIMECapabilities succeed, they return S_OK.

Any other HRESULT value indicates that the call failed.
