IRDPSRAPITcpConnectionInfo::LocalIP property

Retrieves the local IP address that is being used by the sharer or by the viewer for communication. For example, the sharer can retrieve its own IP address that is being used to communicate with the viewer and vice versa.

This property is read-only.

Syntax

HRESULT get_LocalIP(
  [out] BSTR *pbstrLocalIP
);

Property value

Returns the IP address. When you have finished using this buffer, free the memory by calling the SysFreeString function.

Error codes

If the method succeeds, the return value is S_OK. Otherwise, the return value is an error code.
