MultiplyExtract128 function

Multiplies two 64-bit integers to produce a 128-bit integer, shifts the product to the right by the specified number of bits, and returns the low 64 bits of the result.

Syntax


LONG64 MultiplyExtract128(
  _In_ LONG64 Multiplier,
  _In_ LONG64 Multiplicand,
  _In_ BYTE   Shift
);

Parameters

Multiplier [in]

The first integer.

Multiplicand [in]

The second integer.

Shift [in]

The number of bits to shift.

Return value

The low 64 bits of the result.
