AppBar.hide method

[hide is no longer available for use as of Windows Library for JavaScript (WinJS) 4.0. Instead, use close. ]
Hides the app bar on Windows and the secondary command menu on Windows Phone.
Syntax
appBar.hide();
Parameters
This method has no parameters.
Return value
This method does not return a value.
Remarks
Listen for the onafterhide event if you want to perform an action after the app bar is hidden.
