WinJS.Binding.oneTime function
Sets the destination property to the value of the source property.

var object = WinJS.Binding.oneTime(source, sourceProperties, dest, destProperties);
Parameters

The destination object.

Return value

An object with a cancel method that is used to coalesce bindings.
