XmlMapping Class
This API supports the .NET Framework infrastructure and is not intended to be used directly from your code.
Supports mappings between .NET Framework types and XML Schema data types.
System.Xml.Serialization.XmlMapping
System.Xml.Serialization.XmlMembersMapping
System.Xml.Serialization.XmlTypeMapping
Namespace: System.Xml.Serialization

The XmlMapping type exposes the following members.

The XmlMapping class is the base class for the XmlTypeMapping and XmlMembersMapping classes. It supports built-in and custom XML schema data types, plus SOAP encoding (Section 5 of the SOAP 1.1 specification).
XmlMapping exposes no public or protected members. Use the XmlMapping class instead of deriving a class directly from XmlMapping.
