Visual3D.RemoveVisual3DChild Method (Visual3D)

Removes the parent-child relationship between two 3-D visuals.

Namespace:   System.Windows.Media.Media3D
Assembly:  PresentationCore (in PresentationCore.dll)

protected void RemoveVisual3DChild(
	Visual3D child
)

Parameters

child
Type: System.Windows.Media.Media3D.Visual3D

The child 3-D visual object to remove from the parent visual.

The RemoveVisual3DChild method is introduced in .NET Framework version 3.5. For more information, see .NET Framework Versions and Dependencies.

Notes to Inheritors:

A class that derives from Visual3D must call this method to notify the Visual3D layer that a child was removed from the children collection. The Visual3D layer then calls the GetVisual3DChild method.
