InputMethod Class
Specifies attached properties that influence input method editor (IME) features and support when used with a Silverlight-based application.

The attached properties for input method editor interactions can only be set or obtained from dependency objects that are a TextBox or a derived type such as PasswordBox.
Platform Notes
For Silverlight for the desktop, InputMethod.PreferredImeConversionMode and InputMethod.PreferredImeState settings are only valid when the client is running Microsoft Windows.
