Initializes a new instance of the SelectionRangeConverter class.

SelectionRangeConverter is the default constructor supplied by the compiler.
You should never create a SelectionRangeConverter. Instead, call the GetConverter method of the TypeDescriptor class. For more information, see the examples in the TypeConverter base class.
