Block Class

An abstract class that provides a base for all block-level content elements.

The Block type exposes the following members.

Elements that inherit from the Block class (such as Paragraph) can be used to group elements under a common parent or to apply common attributes to a group. Conceptually, Block is similar to a <DIV> tag in HTML.

Note:
The XAML syntax for properties of Block show Paragraph as the object element. This is because in Windows Phone, Paragraph is the only XAML-usable type that derives from Block.
