In XAML, you can use delegates but you cannot define your own.

Parameters

sender
Type: System.Object

The object where the event handler is attached.

e
Type: System.Windows.DataObjectSettingDataEventArgs

The event data.

The SettingData event occurs when an attempt is made to add a data format to the data object during a copy operation.

A SettingData event handler method is typically used to apply copy command optimization by filtering unwanted or unneeded data formats from being applied to a DataObject.
