CollectionView.GroupDescriptions Property

Gets a collection of GroupDescription objects that describes how the items in the collection are grouped in the view.

You cannot set this property in XAML.

Type: System.Collections.ObjectModel.ObservableCollection(Of GroupDescription)
Nothing in all cases.

The value of this property is always Nothing because the CollectionView class does not support grouping over its underlying collection. The derived classes ListCollectionView and BindingListCollectionView do support grouping.
