ToolBarOverflowPanel Class

Used to arrange overflow ToolBar items.

A ToolBar might not have enough space to show all of its items. When this happens, the items in a ToolBar can be placed in the ToolBarOverflowPanel, which is specified in the ControlTemplate of a ToolBar.
