Occurs when the Thumb control loses cursor capture.

The Thumb control receives logical focus and cursor capture when the user taps the Thumb.

The DragCompleted event occurs when the user lifts their finger from the screen or when the CancelDrag method is called.

The position of the cursor when the DragCompleted event occurs is provided by the DragDeltaEventArgs of the last DragDelta event.
