ScrollEventHandler Delegate

Represents the method that will handle the Scroll routed event that occurs when the Thumb of a ScrollBar moves.

In XAML, you can use delegates but you cannot define your own.

sender
Type: System.Object

The object where the event handler is attached.

e
Type: System.Windows.Controls.Primitives.ScrollEventArgs

The event data.
