Occurs one or more times as content scrolls in a ScrollBar when the user moves the Thumb by using the mouse.

Remarks

This event typically occurs multiple times when the user changes the RangeBase.Value of the ScrollBar by moving the Thumb, with the mouse or the keyboard. There event is raised repeatedly as the Thumb position is dragged.

This event is not raised when the RangeBase.Value of the ScrollBar control is changed in code.
