Gets a collection of SortDescription objects that describe how the items in the collection are sorted in the view.

Property Value

Type: System.ComponentModel.SortDescriptionCollection

A collection of SortDescription objects that describe how the items in the collection are sorted in the view.

Use the CanSort property to test whether the current implementation supports sorting before adding SortDescription objects to the SortDescriptionCollection.

This property can be set only by accessing the collection object and using its various methods, such as Add. The property to access the collection object is read-only, while the collection itself is read-write.
