Decorator.MeasureOverride Method

Measures the child element of a Decorator to prepare for arranging it during the ArrangeOverride pass.

Parameters

constraint
Type: System.Windows.Size
An upper limit Size that should not be exceeded.

Return Value

Type: System.Windows.Size
The target Size of the element.

A Decorator determines its desired size by analyzing its child element's sizing properties, margin, and requested size.

Supported in: 4, 3.5 SP1
