DataGrid.OnLoadingRow Method (DataGridRowEventArgs)

System_CAPS_noteNote

The .NET API Reference documentation has a new home. Visit the .NET API Browser on docs.microsoft.com to see the new experience.

Raises the LoadingRow event.

Namespace:   System.Windows.Controls
Assembly:  PresentationFramework (in PresentationFramework.dll)

protected virtual void OnLoadingRow(
	DataGridRowEventArgs e
)

Parameters

e
Type: System.Windows.Controls.DataGridRowEventArgs

The data for the event.

Raising an event invokes the event handler through a delegate. For more information, see NIB: Raising an Event.

The OnLoadingRow method also allows derived classes to handle the event without attaching a delegate. This is the preferred technique for handling the event in a derived class.

Notes to Inheritors:

When overriding OnLoadingRow in a derived class, be sure to call the base class’s OnLoadingRow method so that registered delegates receive the event.
