Occurs when the stylus is too far from the  to be detected, while over this element. GTMT

public event StylusEventHandler StylusOutOfRange

This event creates an alias for the Stylus.StylusOutOfRange  for this class, so that StylusOutOfRange is part of the class members list when ContentElement is inherited as a base element. Event handlers that are attached to the StylusOutOfRange event are attached to the underlying Stylus.StylusOutOfRange attached event and receive the same event data instance. GTMT
