Gets the UI Automation Name value from the element that is associated with this TextBoxAutomationPeer. Called by GetName.

The UI Automation Name of the element that is associated with this automation peer.
Remarks
This implementation first checks if the base implementation is providing a value for UI Automation Name. If the base value is nullNothingnullptra null reference (Nothing in Visual Basic), then this method returns the TextBox..::.Text of the owner instead.
