Property Value

Type: System.Collections.Specialized::IOrderedDictionary^

An IOrderedDictionary that contains a dictionary of the original field name/value pairs for the record to update.

Use the OldValues property to access the original field values for the updated record. For example, you can use these values to keep a log of updated records.

This property does not contain the key fields. To access the key fields, use the Keys property. You can also access the new field values entered by the user by using the NewValues property.

The OldValues property returns an object that implements the IOrderedDictionary interface. The object contains DictionaryEntry objects that represent the fields of the record to update.
