WSHttpBinding.Security Property

Gets the security settings used with this binding.

Namespace:  System.ServiceModel
Assembly:  System.ServiceModel (in System.ServiceModel.dll)

public WSHttpSecurity Security { get; }

Property Value

Type: System.ServiceModel.WSHttpSecurity
The WSHttpSecurity that is used with this binding. The default value Mode property is Message.

To use something other than the default security type, use the WSHttpBinding(SecurityMode) constructor.

The following example shows how to obtain the value of the Security.

WSHttpBinding wsHttpBinding = new WSHttpBinding();
WSHttpSecurity whSecurity = wsHttpBinding.Security;
