MsmqBindingBase::Durable Property
.NET Framework (current version)
Gets or sets a value that indicates whether the messages processed by this binding are durable or volatile.
Assembly: System.ServiceModel (in System.ServiceModel.dll)
Property Value
Type: System::Booleantrue if the messages processed by this binding are durable; false if they are volatile. The default is true.
A durable message survives when a queue manager stops responding, while a volatile message does not. Volatile messages are useful when applications can tolerate occasional lost messages.
If ExactlyOnce is set to true, the messages must be durable.
