MessageContractAttribute::HasProtectionLevel Property

 

Gets a value that indicates whether the message has a protection level.

Namespace:   System.ServiceModel
Assembly:  System.ServiceModel (in System.ServiceModel.dll)

property bool HasProtectionLevel {
	bool get();
}

Property Value

Type: System::Boolean

true if the message must be encrypted, signed, or both; otherwise false. The default is false.

If this setting is true, the protection level for the message is the value of ProtectionLevel. For details about protection levels and their assumptions and scopes, see Understanding Protection Level.
