HttpTransportBindingElement::Scheme Property

Gets the URI scheme for the transport.
Assembly: System.ServiceModel (in System.ServiceModel.dll)
Property Value
Type: System::String^A UriSchemeHttp object that represents the URI scheme for the transport.
This property is used to validate bindings against base addresses.
The following example outputs the scheme of the binding to the console.

HttpTransportBindingElement httpBinding = new HttpTransportBindingElement();
Console.WriteLine("The scheme of the binding is {0}.",httpBinding.Scheme);
The output is: "The scheme of the binding is http."
