_Type::IsPrimitive Property

 

Provides COM objects with version-independent access to the Type::IsPrimitive property.

Namespace:   System.Runtime.InteropServices
Assembly:  mscorlib (in mscorlib.dll)

property bool IsPrimitive {
	bool get();
}

Property Value

Type: System::Boolean

true if the Type is one of the primitive types; otherwise, false.

This property is for access to managed classes from unmanaged code, and should not be called from managed code.

The Type::IsPrimitive property gets a value indicating whether the Type is one of the primitive types.
