This API supports the product infrastructure and is not intended to be used directly from your code.

Sets the length of the current stream.

Namespace: System.IO.MemoryMappedFiles
Assembly: System.Core (in System.Core.dll)

Parameters

value: Type: System::Int64
The desired length of the current stream in bytes.

Exceptions

Exception	Condition
NotSupportedException	This method is not supported.

Remarks

This method is internal only, because a stream that represents a view is not considered to have a length.
