Property Value

Type: System::String^

The action for which the current principal should be authorized.

The operation is the action for which the current principal should be authorized on the specified resource. You must set the Operation property in your ClaimsPrincipalPermissionAttribute declaration or an exception will be thrown when the CreatePermission method is called to create the permission.
