Creates new instance of the ClaimsPrincipalPermission class that is based on the current instance.

Type: System.Security::IPermission^

A ClaimsPrincipalPermission with the operation and resource associated with this instance.

The ClaimsPrincipalPermission object is created by using the value of the Operation property and the Resource property. You must specify the Operation and Resource properties in your ClaimsPrincipalPermissionAttribute declaration or an exception will be thrown when the CreatePermission method is invoked to create the permission.
