CultureAndRegionInfoBuilder::ThreeLetterWindowsRegionName Property

 

Gets or sets the three-letter code assigned by Windows to the country/region represented by the current custom culture.

Property Value

Type: System::String^

The three-letter code assigned by Windows to the country/region represented by this CultureAndRegionInfoBuilder object.

Exception Condition
ArgumentNullException

The value in a set operation is null.

ArgumentOutOfRangeException

The length of the value in a set operation does not range from 1 to 8 characters.

ArgumentException

The value in a set operation contains a character that is not in the range "a" to "z", "A" to "Z", or "0" to "9".

NotSupportedException

In a set operation, the current custom culture is a replacement culture or a neutral culture.

The ThreeLetterWindowsRegionName property corresponds to the ThreeLetterWindowsRegionName property.

For example, the three-letter code for United States is "USA".
