OleDbParameter::OleDbType Property

Property Value

Type: System.Data.OleDb::OleDbType

The OleDbType of the parameter. The default is VarWChar.

The OleDbType and DbType are linked. Therefore, setting the DbType changes the OleDbType to a supporting OleDbType.
