LicenseContext::GetSavedLicenseKey Method (Type^, Assembly^)

 

When overridden in a derived class, returns a saved license key for the specified type, from the specified resource assembly.

Namespace:   System.ComponentModel
Assembly:  System (in System.dll)

virtual String^ GetSavedLicenseKey(
	Type^ type,
	Assembly^ resourceAssembly
)

Parameters

type
Type: System::Type^

A Type that represents the type of component.

resourceAssembly
Type: System.Reflection::Assembly^

An Assembly with the license key.

Return Value

Type: System::String^

The LicenseKey for the specified type. This method returns null unless you override it.

Notes to Inheritors:

Override this method and the SetSavedLicenseKey method to implement a saved license key. If the resourceAssembly parameter is null, then you can retrieve the resource from the primary executing Assembly.
