Classes that implement this interface should raise the CurrentChanging event and check the IsCancelable and Cancel properties of the CurrentChangingEventArgs before changing the CurrentItem and raising the CurrentChanged event.

The ICollectionView implementation specifies whether to enable cancellation of the CurrentItem change in a CurrentChanging event handler.
