CodeCatchClauseCollection::Contains Method (CodeCatchClause^)

 

Gets a value that indicates whether the collection contains the specified CodeCatchClause object.

Namespace:   System.CodeDom
Assembly:  System (in System.dll)

bool Contains(
	CodeCatchClause^ value
)

Parameters

value
Type: System.CodeDom::CodeCatchClause^

The CodeCatchClause object to locate in the collection.

Return Value

Type: System::Boolean

true if the collection contains the specified object; otherwise, false.

The following example uses the Contains method to search for the presence of a specific CodeCatchClause instance and gets the index value at which it was found.

// Tests for the presence of a CodeCatchClause in the 
// collection, and retrieves its index if it is found.
CodeCatchClause^ testClause = gcnew CodeCatchClause( "e" );
int itemIndex = -1;
if ( collection->Contains( testClause ) )
   itemIndex = collection->IndexOf( testClause );
