| GetEncryptedPackageReader |
Gets an encrypted package reader over the package payload file that has been validated against the bundle. |
| GetStreamWithoutValidation |
Gets the standalone encrypted payload package stream without bundle validation. If this is the first time the stream is requested, it initializes and caches the stream for future use. |
