Using earlier dashboards to submit and manage apps
If your account hasn't been moved into the new unified Windows Dev Center dashboard yet, you can still use the earlier dashboards to submit and manage your apps. You can also take a look at the new dashboard in a preview mode and read more about how things work.
We'll send you an email to let you know when your account has been moved over. You can also tell if your account's been moved by clicking the Dashboard link near the top of any page in the Windows Dev Center (and signing in with your Microsoft account if you haven't already). If your account has moved, you'll be taken right to the new dashboard. If it hasn't moved yet, you'll see a page where you can choose between the two earlier dashboards or get a preview of the unified dashboard.
