.FillContains Method (Geometry)
Indicates whether the current geometry completely contains the specified

The default margin of error (described by the
property) is used when determining whether the current geometry contains the specified geometry. To specify your own margin of error, use the StandardFlatteningTolerance method. FillContains .NET Framework
