ExpressionConverter::ConvertTo Method (ITypeDescriptorContext^, CultureInfo^, Object^, Type^)

 

This API supports the product infrastructure and is not intended to be used directly from your code.

Converts the provided Expression object to the specified type.

Namespace:   System.Windows
Assembly:  WindowsBase (in WindowsBase.dll)

	Object^ value,
	Type^ destinationType

Parameters

context
Type: System.ComponentModel::ITypeDescriptorContext^

An ITypeDescriptorContext that provides a format context.

culture
Type: System.Globalization::CultureInfo^

The CultureInfo to use as the current culture.

value
Type: System::Object^

The object to convert.

destinationType
Type: System::Type^

A Type that represents the type you wish to convert to.

Return Value

Type: System::Object^

Always throws an exception and returns null.
