XmlLanguageConverter::CanConvertFrom Method (ITypeDescriptorContext^, Type^)

 

Returns whether this converter can convert an object of one type to the XmlLanguage type supported by this converter.

Parameters

typeDescriptorContext
Type: System.ComponentModel::ITypeDescriptorContext^

An ITypeDescriptorContext that provides a format context.

sourceType
Type: System::Type^

A type that represents the type you want to convert from.

Return Value

Type: System::Boolean

true if this converter can perform the conversion; otherwise, false.

This method only returns true for sourceType of String.
